Spider Farmer will provide warranty service through the following options, which are only available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia.
1. Each product requires the consumer to provide proof of purchase, receipt of goods can be no reason to return and exchange in 30 days. Spider Farmer will bear the shipping cost for return or replacement. Kindly be advised: While we offer returns and exchanges on most items, select product series are excluded.
