Hello, we do not suggest like this. You can dim the lightness and adjust the height of light to suit for your needs. Or add fan inside the grow tent.

These lights are seriously bright and incredibly well built! I’m totally pumped about the quality. I’ve had my fair share of disappointing LEDs over the years, but now I’ve finally found my forever lights.
The build quality is top-notch! They have a decent weight to them, and you can feel the heftiness when you hold them.
The power box is separated from the unit, giving you the option to connect it directly to the light or use the optional super long power cable to mount it virtually anywhere. This is a huge benefit because over time, heat can cause damage to equipment. Removing a heat-producing component like the power box can significantly increase the longevity of these lights.
